The original contract is to overlook possible new development or redevelopment at Sundance. However, after the trip and more research, we concluded that the issue for Sundance is not new development, but the redefinition of an operational process. Our approach was to carefully evaluate the operation of Sundance. That was a fragile operation without any coordination between different entities.
